We are not accepting any event space requests that have an event date of August 31st or prior. We will consider event space requests for events that are set for September 1st or later. Due to furniture placement and social distancing guidelines, many events may not be possible in our event spaces. They will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Departmental Information Tables

The Miller Learning Center has two designated table areas available for informational/promotional purposes. These tables are located on the 2nd floor east side of the building, across from Jittery Joe’s. These are limited to UGA Departmental use only and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance. A daily charge of $10.00 will apply for use of this space.  To reserve a DI Table, use our request form.

Security may be asked by the department to ask students to evacuate these tables when they arrive. Security is NOT responsible for storing any supplies for the department or watching the table while they leave the building.
