Research Help

Just like the Main and Science Libraries, librarians are on staff in the MLC to help you with your research. Visit us at the Third Floor Central Research Support at the top of the stairs. Librarians are available Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 10 p.m., Fridays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Sundays, 1 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Library Research Sources
We might not have lots of books like a traditional library, but you will have access to:

  • Over 30,000 full text online journals
  • Nearly 37,000 full text online books
  • GIL, the UGA Libraries catalog and course reserves
  • GALILEO, access over 500 databases to find journal and magazine articles, online dictionaries, encyclopedias and more
  • and library staff right here to help you!
